SF86 and other essentials?

I'm a little bit confused as to the SF86 and the EFIQs, etc. I received an email with the SF86 packet included as a pdf but a certain someone told me that you have to fill it out electronically and send it in?

To be frank, I'm not sure what to do now and am respectfully asking for any help at this point. Thank you!

Fingerprints first. After those are done and received, your other file will open up allowing you to fill it out electronically. The SF86 is a form that allows you to fill out so that the information is readily available when doing the electronic version. Everything should be electronic. At the completion you will be printing out and emailing the signatures.
 
Copy ..... Copy ..... Copy .....

Make copies of everything for your own records and if something doesn't make it to admissions.
