Shellfish allergy

I was denied a medical waiver for the AFA because of my allergy to shellfish, after I had been accepted and everything. Now I'm wondering if I will be able to join AFROTC (which I didn't apply to this year) next year, with my allergy. Does anyone have an answer for me?
