Should Dodmets take this long?

I went to both of my exams on 10/2. The Dodmets site says complete as of 10/4. Tomorrow will make 3 weeks since the exams and I would have thought that my case would either be closed and forwarded to Dodmerb by now, or they would have asked for more information. I sent a message through their website but have not received a reply. Is there anything else I should do at this time?
 
Took mine about 4 weeks to change to closed. Ive heard from some friends took theirs close to even two to three months. I started early on it so I believed that I was able to get mine rather fast compared to others ive heard.

Hello Mr. Mullen. My son has a similar issue with Dodmets. He did his medical exam on 10/5/2020 and vision on 10/7/2020, but his Dodmets status says Incomplete still, as of today. He has sent a couple of emails to the CIV team already with no response. Also, my son is not on this forum. I'm guessing that Dodmets is missing some of his paperwork. Should he contact the medical/vision providers directly to ask if they've sent the exam paperwork in yet?
