I am an enlisted Airman applying to USAFA.
At the end of October I completed my DODMERB examsinations at the MTF located on my base. Since then there has not been an update on the DODMERB website and when I contacted the DODMERB helpdesk they said they had nothing in my file. However since I was CCd on the email sent to DODMERB with the forms filled out by my PCM I know they were sent.
Should I be worried about this?
 
What is the timeline for these events?
27 Oct completed DODMERB
5 Nov paperwork sent to DODMERB
16 Nov initial email sent to help desk after no update in status on the DODMERB website
20 Nov received response claiming that nothing is in my file and asking where from and how my paperwork was sent; informed them it was from the base I am stationed at and was sent via encrypted email (as is standard with HIPAA and PII)
21 Nov no response as of yet, but I talked to the tech who sent my emailed the paperwork and they re-sent it.
 
Go to the DoDMERB website. Find your DoDMERB POC contact info and make a respectful phone call Monday to check on status.
