I had an interview for my MOC a month ago, and in the application I listed my top choices in order: USMA, USNA, and USAFA. A few days ago, I got a LOA from USNA. Would it be too late to tell them I want to change my order? Or should I tell them I got a LOA from USNA (maybe that will help me get a nom?)? I would be thankful to get into any SA, so I would like to maximize my chances.

I would say absolutely tell them.
My son was in the same boat last year and told all the nomination sources. Unfortunately, that didn't change their mind as he had USAFA as his first choice, and received one for there, but not the USNA where he had the LOA. (And then didn't even get in the USAFA).
Trying again this year, but only for USNA .....
