The shoulder board ceremony for the 2010 swabs will be held this Sunday at the Academy. It was originally scheduled for Monday but the date has been changed. This is the ceremony in which the swabs receive their shoulder boards and officially become 4/c cadets. It marks the end of swab summer and is a significant milestone for these men and women. Congrats to all but remember this is not the end but just the beginning!
