Sinus Surgery

This year I have had a bunch of sinus infections that just never go away so I went to the ENT to see what they had to say. They have determined that I need sinus surgery to fix my septum and some other anatomical features of my sinuses. They said this is an outpatient surgery and I will be out for three weeks. I have it scheduled for April 6th so I would be cleared to continue exercising at the end of April. I have already been accepted to the Naval Academy and sent in the acceptance form. So my question is, who am I supposed to contact about the surgery at the Academy and is there a chance they will rescind my acceptance? Thanks a lot for your help.
