SLE 2018 Application Errors

Hello,

I've just finished the step (USMA SLE application) where I indicate the week available and listing workshops, but when I clicked "next", it shows up this note saying:
" Application Error Report
An Error Report has been sent to
Software Support.
No action is needed on your part to report it. "
ALSO, when I tried to go back into SLE application ("logged in" by putting in SSN and Birthdate), and it shows up this message:
"Your SLE application has been completed and no additional information is needed at this point. Please be patient while we review your application. If you have questions or need to change information from the original application, please contact Commillia Oliver at (845) 938-5749 or email at commillia.oliver@usma.edu."

Is this suppose to happen (since today is holiday)? I'm so worried that my application is incomplete (although I did complete the candidate questionnaire but that is separate from SLE application) because I did put in my PSAT scores on Candidate Questionnaire but the SLE application site showed up an error and I did not even get to the part where I put in test scores, GPA, etc,. Is SLE application that short? (I'm pretty sure the SLE application was literally just one step: listing your workshops, parent email, and available week in June) And additionally, if I completed my Candidate Questionnaire, is all I have to do is just put in list of workshops and my availability in June?
PLUS, I did not receive any confirmation email yet...

Also, I tried finding my password for candidate questionnaire/portal by clicking link to "find my password" and I put in my SSN and birthdate, and it showed up a screen said my password change has been emailed to my email address... However, I have not received any emails regarding to my password change yet (not sure why, maybe because it is holiday today?).

Sorry for this long message! I feel too worried right now...

Finally, please correct me if I'm wrong:
So here is what I have done so far:
1. Filled out the Candidate Questionnaire (No Email Confirmation received yet still (I applied about an hour ago))
2. Then, clicked the SLE application located in USMA website, put in SSN and Birthdate, and complete the step until where they ask for list of workshops, parent email, and availability in June.
3. Clicked "next" or "continue" (not sure whether if it was next or continue or submit..)
4. Shows up an Application Error texts
5. Closed the window and clicked SLE application again and put in all my SSN and Birthdate, then it shows up the "Your SLE Applicaion...please contact..." message

I did the exact same thing as you at a little after midnight. Picked out workshops, session, etc and got the identical message as you. I also logged back in and got the same “you’re all set” message. I am waiting a few days to get a confirmation email, and then I will contact admissions if I do not have any luck. Don’t stress, this is a busy time of the year for admissions on top of it being a federal holiday. I don’t believe I have heard of anyone successfully completing the application without an error message.

I did the exact same thing as you at a little after midnight. Picked out workshops, session, etc and got the identical message as you. I also logged back in and got the same “you’re all set” message. Please let me know once they respond! I did call in one of the admission officers (I was very lucky... when I called in other officers it gave me an automated message telling me to leave a voice message) because I had some questions about application to SLE (but I forgot to ask them about the error :( ). I think I do remember the officer saying that application will be most likely to be viewed tomorrow (because today is Federal holiday) but I'm don't exactly recall what he said when I called him today.

Will do. I’m expecting an email tomorrow, but I’ll make sure I let you know if I get any updates!
 
I'm having problems too. Around noon today I filled out and finished the Candidate Questionnaire and got no confirmation email, then i had to leave. When i came back to apply for SLE i would type in my social security and B-day and submit, but it tells me my session is timed out i tried multiple times throughout the day, but same error. I don't know what to do? anybody else?

When I first opened it it said my session timed out as well. I was using Chrome and switched browsers and it worked fine. Make sure you don’t have any AdBlockers toggled on, either.
 
Does anyone else have problems accessing their candidate portal login? After completing the CQ and SLE information, I did not receive any confirmation emails or a means for logging onto my portal. Does anyone know how to access it?

None of us did, however since today was a federal holiday a few others suggested waiting a few days before contacting admissions or worrying too much (though I did fill out Navy’s about two hours ago and got an automated confirmation email). I don’t believe we get official portal/candidate logins until our CQ’s have been reviewed, but I may be wrong.
 
You get your candidate logins when West Point reviews your file and they decide you’re okay to open one.
 
Same error. I sent an email to the given contact and will let yall know if I get a response.
 
@GoArmy2023 I also received a confirmation email today but I think it was for the candidate questionnaire because at the end it asked if I would like to apply for the SLE even though I have already done so. Was this the same for you or was it for the SLE?

Yea, same email. I'm pretty sure it is automated that is why it recommended SLE.

Yes; you can check your status of application. If you log in to your account, click on the yellow text titled "SLE Information and Files". This will take you to your status, which includes when you applied, week preference, and workshop preferences, in that order.

I'm not sure if you saw my earlier message, but I got my confirmation email this morning.
