I am in the same situation. No one seems to know the answer, and I have no idea what the end date for apps is. Will they deny and or accept every app and then thats it or will it be pending until infinity.

Has anyone from Idaho-01 been rejected or accepted yet? I, undesirably, am getting more and more ancy! Go Army!
 
DS got his rejection from SLE today. Good luck to all who are going.

Email did say he was given official candidate status for the class of 2023 though. Time for the real process to begin.

DS did get into NASS and waitlisted for AFSLE. We find out about AIM May 1. Again good luck to all.

My DS is in the exact same boat. Attending NASS first session and not selected for SLE. Wanted to experience both so he can compare. Wish USMA offered CVW. Best of luck to everyone!!!!
 
I just got my rejection as well. Kind of hurts, but I'll roll with the blow. At least I tried! Good luck if you got in!
 
Quick question about SLE...DS's portal says "Not Selected" however he did not receive an email. Did you all get an email in addition to the update on the portal? Thank you
 
I’m doing NASS session 1 the driving up to SLE Session 2, then coming home to MI for Girls State. Anyone else going from NASS to SLE? Also any recommendations for packing and preparing for all of this?

I am doing the same thing. Flying to BWI from California for session 1 of NASS (using shuttle). My parents are flying into JFK and driving to USNA to pick me up and take me to SLE. Must leave WP right after SLE to fly back to California and report to Boys State the next day. Really busy- but exciting!

My parents are bringing what I need specifically for SLE and we are spending part of the day off between NASS and SLE doing laundry.
