SLE Candidate Questionnaire

I'm a current junior applying for the SLE program at USMA. The candidate questionnaire has a portion that asks for the fed. codes of five colleges that I wish to apply for and five majors I'd be interested in studying. Should I fill this part out despite the fact that i'm not a senior?
 
If it is on the SLE application I think you should. And since the SLE is open to JUNIORS only if I recall, I think you should.
