I have accepted my SLE session, but I have not received any email or link for the forms. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You will get the email for a link to create your SLE portal a few days to a week later after you accept your SLE session. I was worried too but eventually got an email. Congrats on making SLE!

Just as a heads up, Nate, I advise that you schedule an appointment with your family physician so that you can get your medical form signed.

You will also need a public notary to sign off on your attorney release form, so be ready for that too.
