I applied for SLE on January 21. 2016 and my status still just says pending. How will I know if I have been declined?

I applied on Jan 18th, but since my school doesn't rank students, I sent my transcript in 2 weeks ago. My twin sister was accepted already, so Im not so patiently waiting for an acceptance email haha
