Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphysis Waiver

I plan on doing ROTC Fall 2011. Soon I will have to take a physical with DODMERB. What is my chance of getting a waiver for Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphysis? I know it is a disqualification. Has anyone gotten a waiver for it?
