I just took my CFA... Can anyone give me an idea on if I have a chance to pass?
Here are my scores

Basketball throw: 72 ft
Pull ups: 6
Sit-ups: 55
Push ups: 50
Shuttle run: 10.47
Mile: 6:57

Those scores should pass, but the name of the game isn't "What do I have to do to pass?" rather than "What can I do to get a better score?"

Since you can take the CFA multiple times, keep working hard and keep trying to push those scores even higher. The better the scores, the better it'll look on the application.

That was my plan, I'm going to try to get in better shape over the next few months so I could improve it. I just wanted to get something initially submitted since I know the earlier everything is in the better.

USNA will tell you if you don't pass -- you'll be told to retake it.

Assuming you're a male, these scores are likely passing (they would be "good" for a female). Given this hyper-competitive environment, I agree with your decision to retake them in order to improve. Focus in particular on crunches, push-ups and the mile.

Just as a note, here are the maxing scores(which can be surpassed if possible):

Bball throw: 102'
Pull-ups: 18
Sit-ups: 95
Push-ups: 75
Shuttle run: 7.8
Mile: 5:20

Best of luck!

Just as a note, here are the maxing scores(which can be surpassed if possible)!

Please do NOT try to surpass the max scores. Even if you exceed the max, the facilitator can only enter (and/or USNA will only accept) the max score. Thus, doing more than the max merely tires you out with no tangible benefit.

I might be wrong, but I heard somewhere that USAFA will close your application if you fail the CFA 2 times, is that the same for USNA? Also is there any limit to how many times you can submit CFA scores? Does it look bad that you may have taken the CFA multiple times?

nsbUSNA:
I don't think that it hurts to submit it several times, and I have never heard that you can only submit it twice.

I don't know who is administering your CFA but you can probably talk to them and tell them that you want to take the CFA several times and then just submit your best one. It saves time and energy for both admissions and the person administering the test.
