Air Force and West Point has them done but Navy hasn't displayed it yet. I keep getting messages about how my application isn't finished but I don't know what to do in this case.
I'd be calling the DoDMERB help desk to see if I could get answers. Alternatively you might call admissions at the Naval Academy directly. It might be the better approach since the "problem"appears to be with their systems.
