To put in my personal experience: Last year, about a month after my TWE (which I received on April 15th), I got an email saying that I was invited to attend a meeting with the Dean of Admissions to plan for next years application. It was myself and 2 other students at the meeting. In the meeting, he had a powerpoint about reapplying. After that, we each had a 5-10 minute 1 on 1 with him to discuss our strengths and weaknesses. If you don't get an email invitation to one of the meetings, I'd say reach out and inquire if he is in your area.
Secondly, near the end of the summer, I was contacted by a local graduate of USNA to discuss and further plan my 2nd application.
My advice is that if you don't get their emails in the summer, contact people to have meetings to discuss how to improve and to plan your application. It helped me a lot. (still in CPR though)
