Specific Questions after Receiving Scholarship

Like a lot of of forum members right now, I just won a 4 year AROTC scholarship today on the first board but some questions have come up.

1. My plan A and number one goal is USMA so I have already gone through the DoDMERB process for the Academy and I am medically qualified. I got an email to go through DoDMERB for ROTC now that I have the scholarship but on my account when I logged in, it says I am qualified for the US Military Academy and that today an application was added and an exam was reviewed. Now I also have a little box that says Agency: US Army ROTC and says my current medical status is qualified. So did my USMA DoDMERB exams and qualification transfer over to AROTC?

2. Because USMA is my plan A, I read on another forum post that I must accept the scholarship within 30 days from an email that Cadet Command will send me. I think I know the answer to this and that yes I do accept the scholarship anyways but just wanted to make sure.

3. On my scholarship application portal there is a new document in the uploaded file section called "Winner Letter" but when I click to view it the page never fully loads and displays the contents of the letter. Is this a problem I should reach out to somebody about?

First, CONGRATS!!
1. One DoDMERBis all you need.
2. Correct. Then if you get appt to USMA, you can rescind AROTC at a later date.
3. That’s a prob. Email CC? Try a different computer? Browser?
