Basically:
Plebes will get to select or get assigned a sponsor around the end of Beast and beginning of plebe year. If a plebe A selects sponsor X, and sponsor X selects plebe A (both will have that option), then plebe A will be assigned to sponsor X. Otherwise, some random sponsor will be assigned.
