Sponsor Notification

For those of us 2015 appointees participating in the bed and breakfast program, when do they notify us of who our sponsors are so we can contact them? Its coming up on 2 weeks left till I-Day and theres still no word.. unless I missed the notice somewhere. Do they tell us by mail or online?

This was two years ago, but I didn't hear anything until a day or two before I left.
 
Just got the call today and email about who my Bed and Breakfast family is :)

So I say just check you email :D
 
I also received the information! Hmm what should we get them as a "thank you" gift? :confused:
 
I'm from IL and I got my call today too. I was thinking just send them flowers or something? I know that's not a trinket but I feel like a "trinket" is generally junk unless you spend a lot on it...

Is there some unique, homemade/craft fair food item you can bring them that's representative of where you live? Although I suppose you might have to be concerned about food allergies.
 
We found out our sponsor's favorite restaurant in Colorado Springs and give them gift cards to the restaurant for special events- that is an idea.
