Hello all! I finished my Apps. for nominations in late October. I was wondering if I should stay in contact with my Senators? I don't want to be a pain but should I keep up a steady stream of updates to my file? Any input would be appreciated.

Depends on your MOC. Many Senator offices do not allow "updates" whereas most Representatives do allow them. Did you also apply to your rep or just to your Senators?

If your Senators office allows updates, then send them in. Same with your rep. In most areas, getting a nom from a rep is statistically easier than a Senator (depending on size of state and competitiveness of district). So I hope you applied to your rep in addition to your Senator.

I applied to both of my senators and my representitive. My representitive arranged a personal white house tour for my family and I several years ago. I don't know she will remember me or not. I emailed my senators and they do let me update, but I don't want to bother them to much.

Maybe you could subtly bring that into the convo, jog her memory?

Well, don't send 20 emails a day then! Go for more like 2 or 3x / fortnight? That'll keep you in mind but not there if that makes sense...
