Under the ECA section, one of the activities listed is simply "Pilot's License", with no further clarification. Now, I am a student pilot with around 35 hours, and I have soloed. Also, technically, I have a Student Pilot Certificate, but not a PPL. Should I report this as an ECA or leave it alone?

It’s a significant achievement, imo. If it doesn’t make sense as a box to check, perhaps you could work it into your essay?

A student pilot certificate is not a private pilot’s license, therefore it shouldn’t be marked. However, if there is another section to put comments in, then I would include what you have achieved to this point. You won’t be getting into summer seminar based on having (or not having) a private pilot’s license.
