Hi all,

The PCQ is asking for a scanned copy of my Social Security card, but according to my parents I don't have an actual card, I just have the number. Any advice? Thanks in advance

The page has more info, but with the exception of around 5 states you simply request a new card as long as you know your number.

Nevermind, I went ahead and read the Pre-candidate booklet and it says I have to upload a copy of my parent's tax returns. Might've been a good idea to read that first before posting here

I'm filling the application out right now! I actually have to apply for a new card entirely (different process than a replacement card), but it also says that I can upload a copy of that application as proof for my SSN so that's neat. Thanks!

Thank you! I'm applying for one now since I will need one for I-Day, but I can only receive it in-person since it's my first time applying for a card. I live overseas so it'll have to wait until the summer but for now the SSN application itself will be fine for the PCQ. Thanks again!
