Hi all,
I didn't get the NROTC scholarship for the oncoming year and I'm going to start my freshman year at SUNY Maritime.
The question is whether I can apply for SSOP (Strategic Sealift Officer Program) for the 1st year and reapply for a 3-yr NROTC scholarship? If I do get the scholarship for the next year, can I transfer from SSOP to NROTC?
