Starting DoDMERB Process

My daughter was able to create a DoDMERB account online after completing several task on her USNA application. After creating the DoDMERB account she was given little direction. Is she supposed to wait for an appointment or contact someone? Also does she need to fill out the forms prior to the appointment? Looking for a little help and direction. Also does doing this once count for all service academies? Thank you!

There is also a DoDMETS account that she'll need to create. DoDMETS (Concorde) actually coordinates the contracted providers that conduct the physicals and then forwards the results to DoDMERB.
