Thank you. They are all anticipating the 2nd AROTC Board results. Only 1 is trying for the Academies. Definitely an interesting time in their lives.
DS received phone call today from Cory Gardner (CO) about nomination to USMA today.
I was blessed to receive a nomination from my congressman(TX) to USMA. I received an LOE in October and a triple qualified letter in early December. Thank you to everyone who posts here. The knowledge and resources contained on this website has been so helpful throughout this process.

Whhooohooooo! Is it also in his portal? DS had his rep nom in his portal a week and a half before letter came.

TN-07 Congressman Green(USMA Grad) announced his nomination. I received one to the USMA. Waiting to hear from the TN Senators. Also, received a Nomination through my JROTC SAI.

Any word from Senator Bennet? Received my nomination from Lamborn (CO-05), assuming no Gardner nomination since I haven't received a call, but still no word from Bennet.

My DS received a call from Gardner just today. His nomination letter came in the mail today too. No word yet from Bennet. Based on friends from previous years, I'm expecting Bennet's notification to come via email.

Colorado is a state where nominations have been traditionally coordinated between members of congress. If you have received a nomination for Representative Lamborn, then you probably not under consideration for the same SA by either Senator Bennet or Senator Gardner.
I understand that Bennet and Gardner coordinate so you would only get nomination from one or the other. Was surprised our DS received both Senate and Representative nomination. He received letter in mail today from Gardner. Stated they interviewed over 400 kids.
I know of someone who is at USAFA right now who received both a Congressional and Senatorial Nom last year and there is someone who posted just a few threads up who said her son received a Congressional and Senatorial Nom for USMA in this year's cycle. So, that isn't always the case. What I have heard is that a Candidate will probably not receive Noms from both Senators, but to receive both a Congressional and Senatorial are a definite possibility.
Did your DS apply through Senator Lankford's office and if so any notice yet? They told mine it would be mid January so should be soon.
He did apply for Lankford’s - no word from them yet - has your DsDd received anything from their MOC?
He received a text saying they would be notified Friday by phone if he received a nomination.

Sorry, the text was from MOC. He did get an email from Senator Lankford's team. Basically notifying him his candidacy had made it to another round of consideration.
Mine got an email from Lankford on 11/27 saying they would update by end of year, they didn’t and haven’t heard anything since - DS hasn’t reached out to his office either
USMA State coordinator did tell him 1.5 weeks ago that she hadn’t heard from His Office either so we are just waiting
