Still Waiting for DoDMERB?

Hello. My DS2 completed his DoDMERB in late October. He is shown as qualified on the USAFA application page, but his USNA portal still shows that completing the exam is required. He emailed his admissions counselor the first week of January and was told it could take up to a month for the information to update. We are approaching the January 31st deadline, should we be concerned?

What does the DoDMERB portal itself say?

The portal shows him qualified to USAFA only. Back in early Nov., he received an email from a USNA medical admissions tech saying there was a typo on his USNA application with an incorrect birthday entered (or printed, his page showed the correct date). The tech confirmed the birthdate and said it he would correct the mistake. That was his last contact except for the email I mentioned. In that email, he did not mention the typo to the admin counselor thinking it had been corrected. I'm thinking the typo may be the problem. Any suggestions as to next steps?
