Stuck in Remedial Screen for DodMets

My DS completed the three day blood pressure and pulse check form with a provider of our own and submitted on 2.3.22. His DodMets screen has not updated the submission and still shows as 'incomplete.' How can he get this updated so that he can progress in selection process? Any guidance and assistance is greatly appreciated!
