Hello,
I am currently a candidate for USNA & USAFA, and have been medically DQ'd for a dislocation of the patella in 7th grade. I have returned to full athletic capability since, and have been cleared for as much by a doctor. USNA has begun the waiver process for me, and has requested essentially all the medical paperwork surrounding my evaluation and surgery. I have the majority of this information scanned and ready to email to my DoDMERB tech, however, I am still waiting on some final paperwork from the medical records department of my hospital.
Would it be advisable to send in everything I have now (to get the review started) and update it later when the rest of the paperwork arrives? Or would it be better to wait until I have all the paperwork, and send it in as one complete folder?
Thanks for your advice.

Any idea as to when you'll get the rest of the paperwork? My concern about sending incomplete information is that they may think it's complete info and proceed on that basis. If you do send it in early, then make sure that's understood. If you only need to wait a fairly short time, I would just wait. .. but that's just me and I cannot even claim to be a novice at this process.

5-10 business days as of yesterday. I was kinda leaning towards waiting myself (mainly because of the holidays) but I'm pretty anxious to get this done so I my application can move forward.
Thanks for your input.
