Hello all,

I was accepted into session 1B for NASS this year via email on March 29th. The email didn’t give me any details other than my assigned session, a rough schedule, and payment module (which I completed that day).

Since my session is rapidly approaching I was wondering if anyone else who was excepted has received any more emails with more information regarding logistics or a more in-depth daily itinerary. I’m pretty OCD when it comes to scheduling and I want to make sure I’m not missing anything major. Thanks!

I don’t think you missed anything. The most that I have gotten is the daily schedule that was in the original email (no exact details) and the second email that told me ‘as June approaches’ we’re supposed to get a google classroom code and more information about our session. Anxiously waiting for more information. I’m 2A so right after yours.

Thanks! I have not seen the second “as June approaches email”. Would you or anyone happen to have a screenshot of that? Also did you ever receive any type of confirmation email when you paid? I think I printed a receipt and it shows up that I paid in my bank statement but now that I haven’t gotten the second email I’m a little nervous.

Yup, that's the same email that I got. And I'm in the same session as @sgp24. Nothing else has been sent and I haven't received anything else in the mail.

We never even got that email sgp24 got, just the congratulations email and then the payment receipt email. However, we also already had a gmail/google account so I am wondering if because our original email was from a gmail account, they didn't have us fill out that form? Hoping that is the case and we didn't miss anything else!

Just FYI: I have a gmail account and still got the email. Maybe double check?

I reached out via phone call to admissions yesterday about my situation and not getting the second email, and they got back to me today. A young man called me and just asked for me to create a gmail over the phone and then said I was all set. I recommend you do the same if you never filled out that form. I never confirmed my address so I hope my gear still comes in on time.... Anyway thanks for all the help!

Also on the phone he said they tried emailing me again this morning, and when I checked I never got it. For some reason I was getting their emails early on but now they are either going into my spam or not coming through at all. Luckily I think they are communicating through the gmail accounts from here on out

The media release form that the email has provided was for those who disagree with the media release, if that's what you want then I can help sent the form to you, it's meaning that you won't participate in NASS if you fill it out.

Alright glad to see my fellow candidates helping each other out! Now I’m assuming from now until the program starts they’ll be contacting us through the gmail accounts. Again I’m in session 1B. Has anyone received anything yet? Just want to make sure we are all where we are supposed to be. Thanks

Some of the 1A sessions already have theirs's but from what I know 1B and later hasn't gotten theirs yet. I'm in session 2B, and I think they will prioritize the beginning sessions first, which makes sense.
