summer seminar in person schedule?

Has anyone attending the June 13-17 in person summer seminar received itinerary yet showing expected arrival and departure times? My DS has not and we need to book flights and hotel if needed.
 
My son did get a package with that info, it was with the papers that needed signed and returned in their portal.

They want flights to arrive between 9am and noon Monday and depart no earlier than 3 pm Friday from Colorado Springs airport.
 
You should be able to find the registration packet in your Air Force Application Portal where you originally submitted your applicaiton. I believe it should help you book flights/hotels and answer a lot of questions.

There was a link to this file (attached) when you filled and signed the forms. You must have missed it. Details are in here.

If family is going out for the week too (we did and enjoyed all of the tourist things to do), highly recommend doing the briefings they will offer and also touring any open-to-the public areas. Also, attending the lunch on the last day is a great way to see things up close (there is an additional fee for each person attending but worth it).
 
How many papers needed to be signed and returned when the kids accepted... I only signed the one with the consent for photography. I was working out of town - he emailed it to me. I printed, signed, scanned and emailed back. I am so out of the loop! Never saw the link to the registration packet. We still haven't been able to pay either. I sort of feel like, until we pay money, his spot isn't really locked in.
 
There were 4 or 5 forms that needed to be filled out and turned by early April. Covid form, health insurance, photo release, etc. Follow the link in the acceptance letter.

There are four forms to be downloaded, signed, scanned, and uploaded: Talent Release Form, Vaccination Certification, Medical Insurance Form, and Permission Slip. Have him follow the link in the letter like @ReDux said and see if he can find links to those forms in there and resubmit his packet. If that is not possible, I would contact admission.
