I emailed today and they said they are still working on the process for payments and that the payment forms will be sent soon via email.
Haven't received the email either.Just confirming I'm still waiting for notification to make payment. Instructions for payment hasn't been sent out to anyone yet, right?

Thank you @ReDux, you are correct. Just received an email response from USAFA that the payee is 10 FSS/FSRA and to note that it is for Summer Seminar with the attendee's name on it.We had a bank check written out to:
USAFA -10 FSS/FSRA
Don't forget to take a photo to send in a response to the email. I forgot and lost a 'forever' stamp. Took 'forever' to remember where the stamp roll was located since the last snail mail letter we've sent was over 2 years ago!
