Squadron assignments are now available on the portals. Please note that you must be 100% done with your appointee kit in order to receive your assignment.

Authorization to Travel letters are also available to print (for those appointees who have completed their kits).

Does the assignment specify the flight or element, such as Cobra B flight? I can't recall if that was assigned on I-Day. That will tell what squadron one will go into upon completion of basic training.

It doesn't - must be on I-Day

I got Cobras... The problem is the travel orders says to report on 6/26, 2014... Which is last years I-day. It seems that everyone who was assigned the cobras squadron was given this error. I am sure it is just a mistake, should I just wait a few days for it to be addressed or should I reach out to someone?

It is a mistake. I expect it will be corrected quickly.

The issue with the Authorization to Travel letters for those in Cobras has been corrected. The appointees can reprint their letters.
