It must depend on the brigade, my son's battalion has secured one Airborne slot early, the rest will probably come sometime the start of the next semester.

Jcleppe is correct; it depends mainly on the brigade and also on the battalion. Cadet Delahanty says he didnt get a summer Airborne slot until April.
