This is right. In my experience, the cut is around 3.3 for MPA.Per the 2022-2023 course of instruction book, cadets in the top third of their class year by semester MPA will be on the Commandant’s list. DS got an MPA of 3.61 and qualified.
Probably around the time that everyone started getting 98s for SAMIs and AMIs (even if their room doesn't deserve it). Has that always happened?Hm. Used to be a 3.0 in all areas. Wonder when that changed.
Just to clarify, I was saying it is normally around 3.3. Top third is the rule. This is right. In my experience, the cut is around 3.3 for MPA.
I got a 3.34 MPA this semester but only got on Athletic and Deans lists, not Comms so probably higher than 3.3. In my experience, the semester I got a 3.54 MPA put me on the Comm's list and I was 210th militarily. This is right. In my experience, the cut is around 3.3 for MPA.
DS got his grades and GPA/MPA off of blackboard. Not sure where PEA was but his wouldn't have changed since he had his PE class earlier in the semester. When do these grades come out and where does one look to find them?
That is why I am asking this question on a forum rather than my cadet. I will not be discussing with the cadet at all unless they bring it up. I personally think it will be a little lift for the next semester though.Just a reminder while it’s fun for the parents for the kids to achieve these pins don’t stress your cadet out over it. Mine rolls her eyes at me if I ask her about it. She’s doing well but the pins really don’t matter to her.
Are you ridiculing me?Can you get a wreath around it if in combat?
You can find GPA, MPA, PEA, OPA, transcripts, etc on COMPASS. However, you have to be connected to MissionNet to use it.When do these grades come out and where does one look to find them?
