Supe's Message on USAFA Portal

Hi,
It's been about a week since my DS logged into his USAFA portal, and I've been out of state so not on the forum, but there's a new message on his USAFA portal from the Superintendent requesting every USAFA 2023 candidate and appointee watch a ~2 min video.

After a quick glance, I don't see it referenced on any of the topics, so wanted to share; sorry if it's already been posted!

Good message from Lt. Gen. Silveria that each candidate should keep in mind. The honor code isn’t just something one should just say during an interview to impress the panel but something that should be imbued in every candidate.

I also received this message on my portal and watched the video. As HB2019 said, it has a great message for all candidates about the honor code. Superintendent Silveria made a great point that if you can’t hold your self to the honor code, the Air Force Academy is not the place for you, which I strongly agree with.

Old friend of mine works in character/ldrshp dev center. Asked if that was his handiwork - he said yep. He also said you might be surprised to see the crazy low levels of character a good number of cadets show up to the academy with. Sad statement
