swimming plebe summer

This is probably on here somewhere but can't seem to find it. What does a plebe have to swim plebe summer to validate out of swimming?

you can only validate the second semester of PE which is the first swim course. you have to swim a 200 meter in 3:30 or under. regarding plebe summer, everyone has to swim during it
