I know this was asked before, but I can't find the thread. It is Monday after all.

In the appointment package, it asks for t-shirt. Are the sizes listed men's sizes (I assume they are)? Do the t-shirts run large for women?

Yes, they do run large. They are no longer the cotton ringer t-shirts for PT. They use a performance material that doesn't shrink. For the class of 2016 the Large shirts my son got were even big on him. He wears a large in everything. The ABU t-shirts were sized right however.

I'm 5'5" and I normally wear a small in mens. Would it be better for me to select extra-small for the shirts?

4 yrs ago my 5'6" DD went with extra small. She had the old cotton ringer tees. she only had trouble getting her head through the hole. I can't tell you what to order but based on the sizes my son had, my DD, if she would have needed more, would have probably fit the "new" extra small perfectly. She however likes her clothes to fit, with no baggy extra material. There will come a time after BCT, where if you are having issues with the PT shirts you can place another order. The ABU t-shirts can probably be purchased at the C-store if you need more/or another size. DS has a bunch of the ABU t-shirts.

Well, she does lift and she's been told she's "jacked". But being a girl, I don't think it factors in the same way. Are you saying the sleeves are narrow? Or did I not understand the question?
