Teacher Evaluation

Hi everyone! I am a rising senior and am currently working through the application process for USAFA.

Three of my teachers from this year (math, english, and AP government) have told me that they will submit the teacher evaluation form for me this summer; I want to get the application in as soon as possible.

However, I'm wondering if once my application is open on July 1, will I be able to email this form to them? Or, will I have to print the form out and mail it to them?

If anyone has any information on this process it would be greatly appreciated; thank you in advance for your time!
 
i believe you enter their email address and they get electronic notifications

From April of last year, this thread should prove helpful, found via Search function:

 
The link Capt MJ posted is what I recall from our son's 2019 app. He did have to mail the letter to one instructor, the others he was able to scan via a free phone app and then converted to PDF and emailed to them.
