Teacher Recommendations - Which ones required for USMA and USNA

Hi. I'm a junior so cannot access the actual applications yet. But I'd like to know for the teacher recommendations for USMA and USNA, what teachers must be asked to submit recommendations. I found the answer on the USAFA website (11th or 12th grade English, 11th or 12th grade Math, one other teacher) for them, but haven't been able to find similar info. for USMA and USNA.

1. They are not formal letters of rec, rather they are evaluations of you as a student in different areas.
2. USNA needs math/english
3. USMA needs math/English/PE/Science (Physics or chemistry)
 
Also, all will require guidance counselor.

Thank you. For USNA and USMA, can they be from either 11th or 12th grade?
 
Last, ask your teachers in April/May if they will be willing to serve as your Recommenders, and then get their email address for the SUMMER so you can get this done in August when you are first allowed to do so. If you think you will get a better reference from your senior year classes/teachers, you can wait until October to ask. (You really cannot ask for a recommendation in August or September from a teacher in a class for which you have no grades.)
 
It is also likely that your MOC(s) will require letters of recommendation (total number varies by office). As previously stated by others, start asking now so you aren't scrambling at the last minute.
