Hello all, my SAT and ACT scores from June 3rd and June 10th have not been submitted yet. I have asked my Admissions Counselor about and they said to contact both Collegeboard and ACT and ask them for "the Batch and CD number, test date, as well as the date for when your test was sent." can anyone tell me what the "batch and CD number" are? My BGO told me to update them ASAP so I can possibly get a LOA. Any help is appreciated.

I've read into it and the USNA gets their scores via CD. I thought it stood for something else, I still am not sure about "batch number"

Some schools are set up to receive the college test scores electronically and no USNA intervention required. Other schools like USAFA and USNA actually get a physical CD that someone has to upload. If you call the ACT/SAT, they can tell you what the batch # and the CD # are and when it was mailed to USNA. My experience is the CD's rarely if ever get misplaced, but they might sit on someone's desk for a while.

There was also a fire last week at USNA which caused interruptions to some IT services at USNA. This may add to any delays.

I realize that waiting sucks, but wait until after Labor Day before calling USNA. You are looking to join one of the world's finest organizations, but it is still a massive bureaucracy.
