I take just the ACT for my college testing. I have gone from a 21 to a 25 in terms of composite. It is possible for me to have a partial scholarship with these scores and also what scores should I focus on getting up? I hear the military takes English and Math the most serious.

Math:25
English:26
Reading:28
Science:23

Which scholarship are you applying for? If you're asking for an opinion about your application based on your current scores, I would say that your GPA/Class rank and Athlete/Leader portion of the application would have to be stronger.

My son had similar numbers on his first go around. I agree with @nofodad that you will need strong leader and athlete scores also.

ROTC scholarships are different than most because they aren't purely based on academics. Applicants with much higher ACT scores have not gotten scholarships, where applicants with lower ACT scores but great leadership and athletics have gotten scholarships. School choice also plays into it.

Overall, except for the ACT you look strong, but it would be wrong for anyone to give a chance because nobody knows your school choices.

Many units are what posters here would call powerhouses due to the demand from applicants.

If your list is UCLA, TAMU, PSU, NCST and VT with NCST being your only IS, your chances will be different than if you place different colleges. All of those colleges would be seen as state, but as an OOS they would be more competitive for admissions and basically a private school tuition
~ many applicants will place reach, match and safety. The thing is for IS candidates those schools maybe their safeties and your reach. If you filled your list with only reaches your chances could be lower than an applicant with lower stats than you just because of school choices.
