I would like to add my name to the list of posters thanking you for being so available to assist members of our forums. As a 5+ year member, I've read countless posts where answers have been sought/frustration has been vented concerning DoDMERB issues. I have tried to research the official site & thought about answering a question, but as a layman other than posting a link, I'm not qualified to provide any help although I would like to. For posters to be able to contact you on this forum, send emails to you directly, & then they get a response in a timely manner is truly wonderful. New posters have no idea how fortunate they are. Wishing you all the best!

On behalf of Team DoDMERB, we consider it an honor and privilege to serve. Thx for the tremendous compliment 🙏😁

While my son had an uneventful route with DoDMERB, I wish to express how it is truly wonderful that you have availed yourself to parents and candidates as they navigate the application process.

You, Sir, are the consummate professional! Above and beyond in your service! Thank you!

Thank you for your ongoing timely advice on the forum.

Where possible, I remain the Bureaucracy Buster! Much of the bureaucracy makes sense and is well thought out, but sometime not communicated effectively. And whenever there are blanket policies , these might not fit every scenario. Hence, the Services have the ability to INDEPENDENTLY from DoDMERB, to review applicants for medical waivers.

Again, Team DoDMERB appreciates the good thoughts and compliments🙏

Mr. Mullen, you and your staff have helped SO many candidates in your time here that I don't think that we forum members can possibly thank you and you staff enough. I know you all do such great work in helping people navigate the maze of medical qualification. If it weren't for you giving your time and your staff researching and reaching out, there is no telling how many military officers would not be in the positions they are now. You have our heartfelt THANKS, and hopefully you will keep on keeping on in terms of helping candidates attain their dreams!
