Hello all,
I am re-applying to the Naval Academy this school year. I am currently a MIDN 4/C at a university in TN. I was surfing this forum looking for advice for about the millionth time, and I realized just how much these forums have helped me personally. So I wanted to join and say thank you to everyone individually and hopefully contribute good questions/answers. So, thank you all!
About myself: I've visited USNA five times - including Summer STEM (2010) and the Army Navy game (2011) and the Candidate Visit Weekend during my senior year of high school. My first goal is to become a Naval Officer and leader... and I know the Academy the best place for me to challenge myself and experience leadership (hence I'm reapplying). But, as a MIDN 4/C and a scholarship recipient of the NROTC program, I am still on track to earn my commission. My service selection preferences would be as follows: Aviation (HOOYAH!!!) , Surface Warfare (Nuke) and subs.
I look forward to some great interactions in the future. Fair winds!
