Just wanted to take a brief moment to thank everyone on this forum for all their help with the scholarship process. I became aware of the AROTC scholarship very late and, due to the fact that my parents are foreigners with no military background, went through the process relatively alone. I can't remember the number of times I either posted a question or surfed through the threads of others. You all have been so unbelievably kind, helpful, and supportive, and I can definitely attribute much of my success to you guys. As a result of all your help, I can proudly say I will be attending the University of Florida on a 4-year AROTC scholarship. Now the real tough part begins
(and I know I will definitely have some more questions in the future).
