I think my thinking point is she goes USAFA, she will be in the military environment 9years straight. And if she goes Yale, she would go 4 years regular school and then 5 years military. If she would like to go back to the civilian life, she will have Yale adduction in addition to military 5 years. So, as you see I am confused and lost.

Undoubtedly Yale is more well known amongst the general population. But just think about how proud she and you will be when explaining that she turned down Yale to go to a school that was more of an overall challenge.
