This interview captures the point of going to an SMC - whether it is the Citadel or VMI . The whole experience is designed to develop accountability, adaptability, integrity, mental and physical toughness - combined with a small college education. I’m biased- but I believe those are the qualities a Soldier or a Civilian needs to be successful. This interview captures the experience pretty well.
