It's tough to admit, being a Southerner, but...I really don't like bourbon.

I've tried many, and they don't do it. Well, not totally correct; one did.

A classmate introduced me to Willet Pot Still Reserve Bourbon at our reunion.

THAT I could sip on all day long.

Although things might get a little silly after noon.

Otherwise, a nice Sazerac or Julep...on a hot day...
 
I'm a Lagavulin 16 or Laphroig 10 guy all the way, but I must admit that I am fond of Angel's Envy Rye (finished in Caribbean rum casks). You should try it.
