Service Chiefs to SecDef: Stop the Handover of Military Hospitals to Defense Health Agency
The heads of the U.S. military branches called for the return of all military hospital already transferred to the DHA.

It probably won't happen. Lots of money has been spent doing this and congress would have to approve the change back to how we did things before. I will say though that my wife and I have been getting excellent care at WR and at the hospital in the photo which is Fort Belvoir.
The hospitals are staffed with mostly Corpsmen and Medics and military nurses and physicians with a sprinkling of civilians doing patient care. Both facilities have figured out the COVID thing as far as the pharmacy and other ancillary services and in some ways they have gotten faster in their delivery.
