Key Lime un-pie (gluten-free)
ANY container. It could be a cup, parfait glass, a ramekin, or even a pie tin/ceramic dish.
Yoplait Key Lime Yogurt (you can use any brand)
Fat-Free Cool Whip (or use the regular. I can't tell the difference)
Mix yogurt and cool whip together, pour in container, and put in freezer until set.
Get out of freezer and let it thaw a bit.
Get a spoon and eat it.
You can make it a pie and put a graham cracker crust under it, but that just adds calories and isn't gluten-free (if that matters). We had friends come over who have celiac, so we made it crust-free. It was great with fresh lime juice on top and a lime zest garnish. Of course, you can always use any flavor of yogurt you want and you can top with fresh berries to add the BAM!
