It's all done. Everything is out of my control now and all I need to do is wait to hear from my congressman and the Academy. My only question is, is it a huge disadvantage that I applied in December rather than months ago? I didn't get the application in right before the deadline, but I surely didn't get it in extremely early either. If any, will it hurt my chances? And also, how long does it take for LOA's to come out after applying? Thanks!
